Plant-based ‘Escargot’ with Butter Lettuce Salad and Chickpea Pancakes

I’m so excited, I’ve wanted to do a post for Bastille Day (July 14th) since starting this blog but have never gotten it together until this year.

So, in honour of earning my housewife wings, we are busting out a garlicky recipe this week to celebrate (don’t worry, you can tone down the garlic if this terrifies you).

This site is dedicated to heath-promoting foods, so that is where we are going to start. There are many other factors when considering the health of our lungs though, so we are going to get a bit wild and branch out today.
