Anti-inflammatory Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 3 c (or 3 plants/1/2 bunch) Spinach
  • ¼ c Cilantro
  • ¼ of a Pineapple (core included)
  • ¼ of an Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1-2 inches fresh Ginger
  • 1-2 inches fresh Turmeric (1 tsp if using dried)
  • Several grinds of Black Pepper or a couple of Peppercorns (to enhance turmeric absorption)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
