Anti-inflammatory Green Smoothie

- 3 c (or 3 plants/1/2 bunch) Spinach
- ¼ c Cilantro
- ¼ of a Pineapple (core included)
- ¼ of an Avocado
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1-2 inches fresh Ginger
- 1-2 inches fresh Turmeric (1 tsp if using dried)
- Several grinds of Black Pepper or a couple of Peppercorns (to enhance turmeric absorption)
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
